Guesty Integration

To sync your Guesty account with Duve please follow these 6 steps.

If you are an existing Duve user – go to ‘Settings’ and click on “Add new source” in the “Connect & sync” section – then follow this guide from step 4.

  1. Start your registration in Wishobox.

2. After a few quick steps, you will be asked to select your PMS. Click on the list and choose “Guesty”.

3. After watching the quick demo video’s you will be asked to provide your Guesty API authentication details. If you’ve already seen a Demo click start:

4. On the next screen, you will be asked to provide your Guesty API token. The default is set to marketplace API token, this is the option you need.

Make sure to turn on the basic two-way connection. Enabling the two-way connection will allow Duve to send a summary of the pre-check-in details to the reservation notes, and update the email and phone number your guests enter when completing the check-in with Duve. You can also turn on the chat in order to send messages directly from your Guesty inbox.

In order to get the Guesty API token, Login to your Guesty account, click on the account tab on the top menu –> Integrations. Among different Integration options you will see Duve. Click on the Duve area:

You will see an API token. Click on the ‘Copy to clipboard’ and past the API token in the designated field in Duve.

 After filling these details – click on the “Connect” button, and you’re done!

You can find these details in your Guesty account.

Your Guesty and Duve accounts are now synced, and you can start using Duve (you can see all your properties information on the rental page and the reservation information in the information page).
