To do so, you have two possibilities:
- You can translate into all the proposed languages by clicking on “Translate to all languages”, in each field, then on “Yes, translate all”.
Like that, a guest that inserted a Brazilian phone number in the pre check-in wizard, or changed his language settings in the pre check-in, will see the check-in options in Portuguese (as well as the Check Out Instructions, the Late check-out policy, the FAQ, Etc.).
You can also translate in only some of the proposed languages. For example, if you know that your guests are only from French and English speaking countries, you can choose to translate only in English and in French.
To do it, click on the arrow at the right of “Original language”, then select “French” and finally click on “Save” at the top of your screen.
Those explanations are valid for all the mentioned sections above (Check Out Instructions, Late check-out policy, and FAQ).
Translation in your properties
In each of those sections below, you can translate your inserted data:
- Guest notes (Notes & Highlights)
- FAQ
- All of the override options you customized in a property
The explanations above for the settings are also valid for the translation in the properties.
After the system translated the text you wished, you can view the translated text in a specific language, and update it manually as you wish. Don’t forget to save after the changes.
